Terms of Service

By accessing or using SocialSyncs ("Service"), operated by Lakshit Ukani ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

SocialSyncs is a social media scheduling and automation platform that allows users to connect professional social media accounts (including Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, and others) and schedule posts, manage comments, automate direct messages, and view analytics.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at trysocialsyncs@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

When you connect a social media account (e.g. Instagram) you grant us permission to access and act on that account within the scope of the permissions you authorise. You represent that you have the right to connect and authorise actions on those accounts.

Your use of connected third-party platforms (including Instagram / Meta) is also governed by those platforms' own terms of service. You are solely responsible for complying with those terms.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or engage in mass automated outreach that violates platform policies
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or third parties
• Post or distribute illegal, defamatory, obscene, or infringing content
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any platform's rate limits, restrictions, or terms
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or compromise the Service or its infrastructure
• Violate any applicable law or regulation

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.

You retain all ownership of the content you create and publish through the Service. By using the Service you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process and transmit your content solely to provide the Service features you request (e.g. scheduling a post).

We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for advertising or any purpose beyond operating the Service.

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Prices are displayed at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact trysocialsyncs@gmail.com within 7 days of a charge if you believe you were incorrectly billed.

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or emergency fixes that result in temporary downtime. We will notify users of planned maintenance where reasonably possible.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or that any content published through it will reach its intended audience.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lakshit Ukani and SocialSyncs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lakshit Ukani and SocialSyncs from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or any third-party platform's terms.

You may delete your account at any time from within the Service. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately and we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by a prominent notice in the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
